Your primary and most important point of contact will be with our highly skilled helpdesk engineers. The team proudly work to maintain their 98% response times for our clients guaranteed SLA’s. With agreements of 1-2 hours our dedicated professionals regularly beat the clock with an average of only 15 minutes per incident.
When the going gets rough the onsite team get tough, with fast escalations to your office for business critical situations. The same team are responsible for our meticulously planned move, migrations and installations. Seamlessly introducing new infrastructures outside of normal working hours in order to minimise disruption.
You won’t have to worry about building and losing a relationship with our engineers. We have an empowering culture that allows our team members autonomy, which makes for a happy workplace and very high staff retention.
We have a large in-house multi skilled development resource to call upon to develop any size of project. As part of the iTG Group we have a development team based in Kerala India, who work seamlessly with our UK based team of developers, designers and project managers. This not only provides costs savings for our clients, it creates an extended working window between our UK and India operations of up to twelve productive hours per day.
The team in Kerala is our engine room sharing with the UK team via the Enterprise level Atlassian suite of project management and development tools. All frontline management of projects, support and bug fixes are undertaken from our Macclesfield headquarters.
